Please review the following information carefully before submitting payment and a registration form below. You may also pick up a paper registration form at the Welcome Desk in the grand hall. The last day to register is October 2, 2026.
WHO CAN ATTEND: All women are welcome. We recommend 7th grade as the minimum age for attending girls.
COST: $65 plus your own hotel accommodations. Please contact the church office if you need scholarship help to offset the cost of registration.
SHIRT SIZE: There is a full sizing stock of shirts available on Sunday morning so you can find your perfect fit before registering! Your sizing choice is final.
DEADLINE: To take advantage of our group rates at the two hotels, reservations must be made by September 25. The registration deadline for the retreat is October 2, 2026.
LODGING: (The following links give you our hotel group rate through September 25, 2026. All unclaimed rooms are released after that date and any reservations thereafter will be at the standard rate.)

HOW TO PAY: You may pay the registration fee in one of 4 ways:
Online: Pay using the link provided below the registration form.
Cash (via the offering): Place cash in an envelope and mark it with your name (and anyone you’re paying for) and “Women’s Retreat, 2026”.
Check (via the offering): Write “Women’s Retreat, 2026” on the memo line of your check (along with the names of anyone you’re paying for).
Venmo: @CCC-idahofalls; please write “Women’s Retreat, 2026” and note the names of anyone else you are paying for.
You may choose to complete the below registration form online, but pay using one of the other 3 options above.
All payment and registration information must be received on/by the October 2nd deadline.
Remember that - while you will pay CCC for the cost of registration - you will pay the hotel yourself when you book your room.
